This blog would be like a sequel to my other blog
entitled as "apathy".

Apathy would be the social disease that almost everyone is affected.
Everyone is so caught up in achieving goals that are not even
good enough to be called as goals. In this blog I will feature the song:
"The fear by lily allen"

I know that feed backs about her songs are not that good, since
almost everyone is saying that she is not singing nor rapping.
It's as if she is just putting rhythm to her talking. But what
I like most about her songs is the message found in it and how
easy you can listen to it.

Well the fear goes like these (2nd stanza):
"`ll take my clothes off and it will be shameless
`Cuz everyone knows that`s how you get famous
I`ll look at the sun and I`ll look in the mirror
I`m on the right track yeah I`m on to a winner"



That's one great point since basically, people really don't
care about your "brains" but instead how hot you can be.
The more clothes you bare, the more attention you can get from people.
I'm not saying that it's not okay, but instead I'm saying that:
let's not focused ourselves with people without clothes, our worlds
don't revolved around them. They can get money from us, but we can't
get money from them.

Then lily allen wrapped it up with the chorus:
"I don`t know what`s right and what`s real anymore
I don`t know how I`m meant to feel anymore
When we think it will all become clear
`Cuz I`m being taken over by The Fear"

Now,she is talking about she doesn't know what the norms are.
What is normal in the society and what is not normal.
It's as if these two are overlapping each other, to the
extent that we won't know the difference between modeling
and fornication, parenting and child abuse. It's because almost
everyone is doing it that it would also become a norm in the society.

Even to the point of education: we often hear students saying "that's normal"
when it comes to getting an "F" during exams. Well, the truth is that's not
normal. There maybe something wrong with your studies. yeah, getting an "F"
is not a surprise but we should not take it lightly and say that it's normal
like eating.

The second stanza would go:
"Life`s about film stars and less about mothers
It`s all about fast cars and passing each other
But it doesn`t matter cause I`m packing plastic
and that`s what makes my life so f***ing fantastic"

It's a bit explicit but still there is a point.
About why film stars are more praised than those mothers
who are working extra hard just to feed their family.
About how people are caught up with drag races and does not
care about other serious things like how would this affect
the environment but instead they are thinking about how they can pass
the person in front of them.
The third line is like sarcasm talking about people really
don't care since basically, they are plastics. They don't care,
they can't feel, and that's what makes their life great since
they won't be under the impression of feeling sorry or pity
our situation.

I won't dissect the remaining stanzas since, it would take a lot of time
and it would be too long to read. You may now have grasps the idea.
Just like what we were told in our recollection; "The poor are not used to
being poor, we are just the ones who are used to them as being poor".
We often think that those poor people are used to their life but
practically we are wrong since we are the ones who are used to in their situation.

It seems like most of my blogs have questions in it.
Well, this one is in another level compared to those.

When you fall in love, do you asked yourself a lot of questions?
About would your love lasts? will he or she be the one whom you gonna marry?
Is he or she playing around? Will he/she left you when he/she founds
someone better?

Or are you really insured that your relationship will really lasts?



These questions are tackled in the lyrics of the song "Questions by blaque"

The message of the song is for his current boyfriend (I don't know if that
is really the case why they made the song). The girlfriend is asking her
boyfriend whether their loved would really lasts? Asking herself that if
her guy would look at her, is he seeing her as his wife... Whether he can picture
themselves loving each other for life... or is he playing the role just like
those other guys. (maybe they are talking about fake relationships: where
one is just playing around)

In the second part of the chorus, the girlfriend asked her guy: If another would come, who is finer than her would her boyfriend leave her for the other girl or would he stay with her forever... Those are the questions where she wants to know the answer...

In life and love, you may not be certain with your relationship with others
with your boyfriend or your girlfriend. All you know is that, they are there
not knowing if they are fake or not. So, with these questions if answered
truthfully would really give you a strong belief that they are here not
because of your looks, money or fame but for who you are.

Still, even though you don't ask these questions there is still a big possibility
that they would show you how much they love or like you in a different way.
You may not notice it since it can be just a really, really small favor or thing
but still it counts as a big one.

In love, what we need is someone who can gives us the impression that he/she
will be with you always and not just some excess baggage.

Lola techie, the grandmother of jay-r(who is accuse of not sending any message)
is surely a big hit in the television. Bayan DSL really got the the attention
of a lot of Filipino's by employing a grandmother to become their protagonist
in their recent ads.

Lola techie is not just for pure entertainment but also it would help
us realized that even how old you are there is still a tendency that
you would be able to relate to those of younger ages.

They say that life starts at 30, or was it 40? well I say life starts
when you already know how to maximized your resources and not become
bored. For once, my subject teacher told us that those people who don't
know how to maximized their skills, talents and resources are those
who would easily get bored.


And another thing is, I got this from my philosophy teacher:
he told us that we should not be narrow-minded but be flexible instead.
Someday, we would get old but our spirit won't. Technology would advance
but if we still let ourselves indulged and learn from these things
then there won't be such thing as "left by time".

Often, I hear older people saying that they don't understand
what lola techie was saying. But for us teenagers and those of
younger and middle ages would really get what the punchline of the joke is.
Those who don't understand might have left out or not as flexible enough.

Life won't stop when your old or when your about to die.
There are still a lot of opportunities, savor each moment and
do what your heat pleases. There are no second chances, we are the ones
writing our book of life and we all know that there are no available
erasers for this. So, please learn a lot from lola techie.

Does the phrase "love waits" be real?
Is there someone out there who is willing to wait for forever
for the one he loves?
Can love be irreplaceable? or is it just pure talk?

Then if all those statements are false then could
the story of notebook and love of the time of cholera
just pure thought? then what moves the writers to write
about this things?

Could they be dreamers? optimists? or those who wait in vain...




The story of these two novels turned into films are great.
The guys are really waiting for the one they love.
Sacrifice and martyrdom is what these films taught us,
that even how long if that is true love then it would come back to you

Other than the similarity of the guys waiting for their loved ones,
they also have the similarity that the women of their life married
someone else. It may have been difficult but still they were able
to wait and by "destiny" stumbled upon their love ones and ended up
together.

Hope... Faith.. are maybe the keys the helped them to succeed.
And stories like these could teach us viewers a lesson:
There is always a good outcome if we put our hearts into it.
>This does not only apply in love but also in other aspects
of our life like education, business and family matters.

AS technology advances, people are caught up in ways that would
probably enhanced their appearances like diet pills and any other
beautifying products. some would even go under the treatment of liposuction
or even to the most stupid of all idea like photoshopped pictures.

Why would people bother in enhancing their appearances? Would that
mean that they don't really like their looks that they would resort
to those kinds of actions? Maybe that is really the answer.

Just like the song "crazy by simple plan" It tackles about issues
regarding about this. Why people would care less about their surroundings
and pay more attention to themselves.
